The Magic Of Subic

The kids are excited. This time, we’re off to Subic. It’s a long drive from Cavite to Subic, around 4-5hrs. When going to Subic, take the SCTEX road to save time because the express way will lead you straight to the freeport zone. We hired a van together with a driver going there. Van+driver rate I got was P3,000/day excluding petroleum, toll fees, food, and lodging for the driver. Based from my canvassing from the internet, 3k is a good deal. Thanks to our very accommodating driver, Mr. Jodel. If you want to avail of his services, you can contact him through his mobile - +639328585340. I’m sure he’ll cut you a good deal. We decided to visit Ocean Adventure first because the shows there are scheduled. We arrived there at 9AM just in time for the opening.

Rates are as follows:

Ocean Adventure caters shows like Wildlife Survival, Balancing Act with the African Acrobats, but the highlights are the Sea Lion & Dolphin Shows. It also have several aquariums and marine exhibits as you go along the marine park.

To complete the day tour and shows, it will take you more or less 5 hours. So, it will really be better if you are there during the opening so you still have time to go to other places in the afternoon. The kids had a lot of fun and the tour was very educational for them.
