Leslie Ann Seafood Restobar & Paluto - Kawit Cavite, Philippines

We heard that there is a new seafood restaurant in our hometown in Kawit, so we decided to try it out. The restaurant is called Leslie Ann Seafood Restobar & Paluto and is located along Centennial Road near the Gahak intersection.

Its a small restaurant that specializes in cooking fresh seafood the way you like it.  Aside from seafood they also offer some chicken and pork dishes.  So, this is how it works, you buy your seafood, chicken or pork by weight 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1 kilo or more.  Prices are shown in the image below.  Note that prices may change depending on the season.

After buying your choice of seafood, chicken or pork, you then pick how you like to have it cooked based on the list below.  The cooking charge will depend on the weight and style of cooking.

But if you do not like this option, they also offer budget meals, combo meals, and Ala Carte menu.

They also have a KTV room if you want to hang out a bit and sing while eating

We opted to buy fresh seafood and have them cooked it for us.  Here is what we ordered:

GRILLED STUFFED SQUID (PUSIT-INIHAW W/ PALAMAN)

WAHOO CEVICHE (KINILAW NA TANIGUE)

MUD CRABS IN CHILI SAUCE

TUNA PANGA SINIGANG SA MISO (not in menu but they offered it to us)

ADOBONG KANG-KONG (WATER SPINACH/SWAMP CABBAGE/MORING GLORY ADOBO)

To be honest, i didn't expect much because i haven't heard much about this restaurant.  But to my surprise, i really loved the flavors and how they cook.  Everything we ordered was delicious but the Kinilaw Na Tanigue and Chili Crabs stood out.

Overall we enjoyed all the food and we surely recommend it.  I'll definitely be back here in the near future and bring more friends with me.
