When you think about the best buffets in Manila, the Café Ilang-Ilang is right there amongst the top. It is situated inside the prestigious Manila Hotel. The buffet is a whole new level of quality and variety food where in you feel you are touring around the world with all the different cuisine that it offers. Every time I am here I always see famous political figures and celebrities, which is a testimony on how well known this buffet is.
One of the reason why I always wanted to go here is that I am part of the group who renovated the Cafe Ilang-Ilang. So, I wanted to relish the interiors of the cafe. But of course I am also here for the overwhelming food the the buffet has to offer.

Designed artfully to satisfy the distinguishing palate, the spacious restaurant features an extensive selection of buffet delights with a fresh spin on its various open kitchens and a delectable desserts space that highlights its tradition of unique and excellent dining. Its eight live cooking stations offer Asian, Mediterranean, European, and Western dishes. Café Ilang-Ilang also has a stunning open Pan-Asian kitchen, Churrasco station, decadent dessert station, and an Italian kitchen where awesome pizza and pastas are made for a truly unique gastronomic adventure.
Overall, the buffet at Café Ilang-Ilang is an extraordinary culinary experience and is highly recommended. Though the buffet price is higher than most hotel buffet, it is still worth it for the quality and variety of cuisine that it offers.
