As you all know, Las Vegas is home to all-you-can-eat restaurants, but there
are only a few that over Brazilian BBQ or Churrasco and one of them in Fogo De
Chao. It is one of the most popular Brazilian Steakhouse restaurants in
the U.S. and one is located here in Las Vegas so we have to try it
out.
The restaurant offers the regular to order menu but most customers come here
for the unlimited Brazilian BBQ meats that are carved tableside. The
all-you-can-eat experience also comes with a buffet style salad &
appetizer bar with they call the "Maeket Table". The A.Y.C.E. usually cost $59
per person and may vary per branch and seasonal promotions. Drinks are
not included in the A.Y.C.E. and are paid separately.
The waiters will roam around carrying assorted meats and they will offer it
every customer in each table. Here are the different types of meats that
they offer.
Picanha - Prime Part of the Top Sirloin
Filet Mignon - Beef Tenderloin
Beef Ancho - Bone-in Ribeye
Medalhoes Com Bacon - Bacon-Wrapped Steak
Fraldinha - Bottom Sirloin
Costela - Beef Ribs
Alcatra - Top Sirloin
Cordeiro - Lamb Picanha, Chops
Torresmo - Pork Belly
Frango - Chicken
Lombo - Pork Loin
Linguiça - Spicy Pork Sausage

Then these meats are available as an enhancement and will be additional cost
to the all-you-can-eat experience.
Wagyu Ancho Ribeye
Wagyu New York Strip
Dry-Aged Tomahawk Ancho

Overall it was a very good dining experience. I love the fact that you
get a variety of meats that is always hot off the grill. If you love
