If you are looking for a delicious teppanyaki meal and at the same time get entertained by the chef, then Musashi Japanese Steakhouse is a go-to place for you.  It is ahigh rated teppanyaki Japanese steakhouse just 5 minutes off the Las Vegas strip.

Aside from the teppanyaki grill items, they are also known for their sushi and other appetizers.  They offer a variety of teppanyaki options usually a combination of steak, seafood, and chicken, that comes with soup, rice, appetizer and mixed vegetables.  

What I also like about this restaurant is that they are open late night until 12AM on weekdays and until 1AM on weekends.  I suggest that you make reservations by calling them.  This restaurant can get fully booked really quick.

Rio Picanha Brazilian Steakhouse - Best Rodizio Experience!!! - West Covina, CA, U.S.A.

 

If there's one dining experience that I will always want to go to, it would be the Brazilian BBQ Rodizio experience.  For those who haven't been to one, it's a form of dining where in servers will go to your table and serve you slices of different meat cuts at a time.  On your table, you will have a marker that you can flip for a green or red color.  Once you flip it to green, that means the servers will keep coming to your table serving the BBQ meats.  Then, when you flip to red, that means you pause, and servers will not serve you.  You can literally eat all the meats you can.  And they have quite the variety to choose from. I haven't tried Brazilian BBQ Rodizio since I got here in the US so I am very excited to try it now.

We decided to try out Rio Picanha Brazilian Steakhouse in West Covina since we heard a lot of good things about the restaurant.  So, aside from the all-you-can-eat Brazilian BBQ, they also have a hot and cold appetizer/salad bar that is also unlimited.  Here are some pics from the appetizer/salad bar.

I know the appetizer/salad bar is already a lot, but the real highlight of the feast is the all-you-can-eat meats.  Here is a list of the meats that they are offering and the prices for the lunch and dinner rodizio experience.

Do not get ahead of yourself and stuffing yourself with the delicious items on the salad bar.  You should make room for the meats that will be served to you.  They will also serve you with Pão de queijo, which is a Brazilian Cheese Bread that is also to die for.

After getting all your salads and appetizers, now its time to indulge yourself for the main event which are the different types of meats that they will serve you table side.

I really enjoyed the Brazilian BBQ Rodizio experience I had in Rio Picanha, and I can't wait to go back for more.  Doing the Brazilian BBQ Rodizio is a perfect way to dine and celebrate with friends and family.  You will spend more than your usual dinner, but you get to do all-you-can-eat BBQ and appetizer/salad bar which in itself is an amazing dining experience.

Shogun Teppan Steak & Sushi Restaurant - Top Rated Teppanyaki Grill With Awesome Chef Performance - Temecula, CA, U.S.A

 

Shogun Teppan Steak & Sushi is a teppanyaki grill restaurant where in you have your chef cook in front of you and with show performance on top of it.  This time, we are here at their Temecula location to try it out with friends and family.  You can also order ala carte if you do not wish to have the teppanyaki grill experience.  This restaurant is also known for their sushi, which is actually a good combination with the teppan grill menu.

Today, we are here to experience the table side chef performance ordering customized steak, chicken, and seafood combinations.  They have preset combinations in their menu, but you can also customize for your personal preference.  Each of the combinations come with soup, sauteed vegetables, and fried rice.  Drinks and dessert is ordered separately as well as appetizers and other items on the ala carte menu.

As you can see, the Lunch Menu has a lower price than the Dinner Menu.  I don't believe there is a difference with the serving size and quality of the items so I suggest doing lunch if you want to get most for your buck.

We enjoyed our experience here in Shogun and will definitely comeback to try the ala carte menu.  I highly recommend this restaurant to try out specially for group dining.  But make sure to make reservations as often times they are fully booked.  The Teppanyaki Grill experience will probably take around 1 to 1 and a half hours.
