We have just recently discovered this burger joint in San Diego that we really
loved. The restaurant is called the The Counter Custom Burgers. As
the name implies, it specializes in burgers that you can customize which is
very cool because you can tailor make your burger however you like it.
When you order, they will give you a piece of paper wherein you can select you
type of protein, size, bread type, cheese type, toppings, sauce or dressing,
and sides. Once you made your selection, you just go ahead and submit it to
the counter for payment. Give them a couple of minutes to prepare your
order and you'll have it in no time.

I love the idea that you can customize your burger the way you want it
to. Every burger you order may turn out to be a new burger
experience! There could be endless combinations that you might want to
try out. Overall, I had a good time dining here and I highly recommend
checking it out.

Food/Taste: 9/10 (aside from customizing, they really make good burgers)
Ambiance: 8/10 (good vibe)
Cleanliness: 8/10 (fairly clean)
Service: 8/10 (very good service and friendly staff)
Establishment: 9/10 (within Fashion Valley Mall)
Price: 7/10 (a bit pricey than your normal burgers but quality is good)
Overall: 8.16/10
Frequency Meter: I would dine here once every week.
