Coming to Bahrain over the weekend just to unwind and free ourselves from work stress. We have probably gone to most of the tourist spots here, so we figured out we need to try something new. Fortunately, one of the major attractions here, the Bahrain International Circuit, is hosting a Drag Race. Since I have never watched anything like this live, we got our tickets online and head off to the event.
Once we arrived we first dropped by the Welcome Center. The Welcome Center is actually a shop were you can by apparel, souvenirs, and other racing memorabilia.
We arrived early and have an hour or so before the race starts so we just roamed around within the grounds to kill the time.
As the race started you immediately feel the adrenaline rush as the thunderous sounds and smell of high octane fuel of the drag cars fills the whole circuit.
