Mall Of Asia is a place we always go to specially if we want to shop and dine. We love this place because it provides a vast range of varieties on places to eat. We always wanted to try out new restaurants and now we came across Sarsa Kitchen + Bar.
It's a Filipino restaurant owned by Master Chef Jayps. Sarsa means "Sauce", and its a an essential part of Filipino dishes. Today we want to try out some of the local cuisine and some of those with a twist. Here is what we ordered...
Crispy Crablets (Crispy Baby Crabs) |
Chicharong Bulaklak Dinuguan (Pork Blood Stew with Pork Large Intestine Chicharon) |
Crispy Dilis (Crispy Anchovies) |
Inihaw na Isaw (Grilled Pork Intestine) |
Tortang Talong with Sardines & Kesong Puti (Eggplant Omelet with Sardines & Cottage Cheese) |
Garlic Fried Rice |
Here's their Menu.
I was really happy we dined here. I love the food so much and the taste was great. I just felt that the servings were quite small in proportion to their selling price. Well we always look for best value right? But the taste compensates everything I guess. I'll definitely be back to try out the other dishes.
