Ka Inatô Restaurant - Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines

While strolling around Puerto Princesa City in Palawan, we suddenly felt the need to replenish our tummies. We came across Ka Inatô Restaurant and decided to eat there.

At the entrance, you will easily notice the native vibe of the restaurant. I was impressed by the design and colorful native ambience of the place.

I also learned that it is a mute and deaf friendly place, wherein sign language capable waiters and waitresses are available.

Now, let's check the food.  Here is their menu:

We ordered the following:

Express Sinuglaw - traditional fish kinilaw combined with charcoal grilled pork belly and squid specially enhanced with coconut milk. This dish is a bit on the spicy side.

Squid Calamares - the usual breaded squid but their version was cut into strips instead of rings.

Inato Chicken Special - its their version of grilled chicken (you can choose which chicken part you like).

Tadyang Ng Baboy - charcoal grilled pork ribs with Pakbet Palawenyo on the side.

I also wanted to try something new so we also ordered their Sizzling Crocodile Sisig.  But as I was informed, they also sell it by frozen packs.  So, instead of ordering it for dine in, I ordered the frozen-ready-to-cook pack and took it out for pasalubong.  Here's how the pack looked like and when it was cooked.
